I believe that each of us has the wisdom, creativity and power within us to create a life of abundance, a life overflowing with all that we want.  Our coaching relationship is a partnership and alliance in a process of inquiry that empowers you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom and find your own answers.  You are empowered through this alliance to discover powerful choices through which lasting change grows.

I believe we are all whole beings with whole lives and the ability to make rewarding choices through which we can recreate ourselves endlessly.  We can learn from the universe, which is much older and complex than we are -- yet it changes and grows each day. 

I believe every choice we make affects every other aspect of our lives.  Our work, our relationships and our spirituality are interconnected parts of our whole being.  Our feeling of well being affects our growth in all dimensions.  I coach the whole person.  I believe it is your birthright to achieve and live the life you want, a life that is abundant in ways that have meaning to you.

I thoroughly enjoy coaching and like to work with clients based on their priorities.  For that reason, I split my coaching into life coaching and executive coaching.  I invite you to read more about each through these links.  Life coaching is totally about you.  Executive coaching is also about you, but there is an emphasis on you as a substantial force in business and the particular needs you have as an executive or rising star.
